Will and Skip Strickland...

Born and raised in the great state of Georgia.  Reared on family, home cooking and, of course, great BBQ...from small town pit cooked to backyard smoked.

Life took Will to the Navy, and then to Minnesota, where he started to hone his BBQ style.  Finally he settled in the Quad Cities.  

Skip left Georgia for a seventeen year tour in Oklahoma.  In 2014, the pull of family brought him to the Quad Cities as well.

Now together, the adventure begins.  Friends and family have enjoyed the savory meats, delicious sides and variety of sauces.  Now everyone in the QCA can join in the true barbecue experience.  Wedding caterer, corporate events, celebrations, any reason can be a reason for great BBQ and southern food.
