We are open to catering services throughout the year, fill out our catering form or call us to discuss the date you'd like. We are not available on Sunday mornings, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For those dates plan ahead and do a bulk order of our smoked meat from the Back Alley BBQ! 

• All catered events must be reserved at least 30 days in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
• Cancellations with less than 3 weeks until the event incur a 15% fee of original quote price
• We offer three different Tiers of Service, see below.

We'll do the cooking & leave the rest to you! This provides the food only and you can choose to pick up your order or we will deliver at the time and location specified when booking. 

We prepare your Barbeque order, deliver at the time and location specified during booking, and setup it up for use.

• We will not provide food servers, flatware, or utensils.  
• Containers can be disposable or reusable that we collect after the event.
